Description: Christmastime in Ba' Kelalan. Once, a tribe practicing animism (adat) and regarded as the fiercest headhunters, the Lun Bawang (formally known as Muruts) are now predominantly of the Christian faith and have become an exemplary tribe in Sarawak. Every year, the Lun Bawang of Ba' Kelalan flock to their 'kampung' (village) to celebrate Christmas with their families. Featured here are the children in the Buduk Nur church on Christmas night.
