Location: Gopeng, Perak
Description: The alien-like head of a female Jungle Nymph. When threatened, this phasmid raises up it's rear end like a scorpion, moves it's sharp spiked legs in a scissor-like motion and hisses to scare off intruders. Females are bright green while the much smaller males are reddish to brown.
