Description: The Black-throated Sunbird is a colorful little montane species. The plumage of the male is made up of a combination of bright and iridescent colors. It spends a lot of time feeding on ginger and hibiscus flowers, using its slim and curved beak which is perfectly adapted for nectar feeding.
